Objective:
Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of the hotel’s service culture. Maximize operations and guest satisfaction. Work Very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Authority:
The Hotel Manager has authority over all hotel employees and is responsible for any actions and/or decisions made regarding the hotel
Qualifications:
A university degree in hotel management or a related field with Experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with clear track record.
Experience:
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, especially hotel management.
Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
Languages:
Arabic - fluent in speaking, reading and writing
English – good speaking, reading and writing
